Qualification and Criteria:

Associate Professor

The eligibility criteria for the position of Associate Professor requires the candidate to have completed an MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission. Additionally, the candidate must possess FCPS, MS, FRCS, MRCP, MD, or Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty, or equivalent medical qualification in the respective specialty from an institute or university recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission.

Law Officer

On the other hand, to be considered for the position of Law Officer, the candidate must have completed an L.L.M. or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Furthermore, the candidate should have 02 years of active practice as an Advocate.

The given instructions on the PPSC website regarding application fee, written test, and interview should be read before applying online.
If a candidate claims that their qualification is equivalent to the required qualification, they must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the competent authority of HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the concerned administrative department at the time of the interview or when asked by the commission. Failure to provide this certificate will result in the cancellation of their candidacy.
If a candidate claims experience with a private firm/entity, they must provide proof at the time of the interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority. Failure to provide this proof will result in the rejection of their application.
After applying for a particular post advertised by PPSC, candidates must immediately apply for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC in their concerned department(s) and provide the same at the time of the interview (if called).
Candidates must obtain/apply for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant body for Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date, and provide the same at the time of the interview (if called).
At the time of the interview, candidates must provide a certificate of all degrees’ marks obtained/total marks or percentage issued by the competent authority. CGPA is not acceptable.
