How to Apply Online Pakistan Navy Civilian Jobs 2024?

1. Entrance Test: Candidates will start with an entrance test. The date of the test will be communicated via SMS by the concerned PNR (Pakistan Navy Recruitment) and SC (Selection Center). This test includes e-testing/computer-based assessments in subjects like Intelligence Tests and Academic Tests (English, Physics, Mathematics, and General Knowledge).
2. Medical Checkup: Candidates need to visit a specialized doctor to have their ears and teeth cleaned before proceeding. This is an important step to ensure their health meets the required standards.
3. Test and Interview: The next stage involves a test and interview at ISSB (Inter Services Selection Board). Candidates will also undergo a medical examination at a nearby CMH (Combined Military Hospital) or Naval Hospital.
4. Final Selection: The final selection will be based on merit and conducted by the Naval Headquarters. They will review all aspects of the candidates’ performance and suitability.
5. Results: Each individual will receive notification of their results after completing the e-testing phase.
6. Application Submission: Candidates who qualify in the entrance test can submit an application form. This will involve a Preliminary/Medical Interview, which will take place at the respective PNR and SC.

In simple terms, candidates will take an initial test, get a medical checkup, attend a test and interview, and if they meet the required standards, they can submit an application. The final selection is based on how well they perform throughout the process.
