Responsibilities Call Center Agents Work from Home 2024
- Professionally handle incoming/outgoing telephone calls from Internal and External customers whiletaking appropriate action to resolve the situation, Columbia,Tennessee, USA
- Communicate effectively while logging Customer Service inquiries
- Effectively multitask using a various number of systems
- Thoroughly understand Part D plans and be able to communicate effectively the pharmacy benefits and tiers
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and pharmacy manager when needed
- Appropriately identify and document signs of grievances
- Appropriately identify and handle good cause
- Consistently follow all CMS guidelines while meeting or exceeding required turnaround times
- Work independently to research and determine cause of problem and effect of resolution with assistance as needed
- Maintain good organizational and time management skills
- Work overtime as required
- 8 Hour Shift, however, *Must be available to work between the hours of 7:00am -8:00pm to include occasional seasonal weekends, holidays and/or extra shifts to meet the needs of this business. Weekend hours are from October-April.
